Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
• Please note that delays might occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier service disruptions.

Delivery Options and Estimated Timelines

We currently offer two delivery options within India:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

• We offer free shipping for orders over ₹150 across India.

Local Delivery

For customers in India, we offer local delivery.

• Free delivery for orders over ₹150. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of ₹50 will apply.
• Deliveries are made between 7AM - 3PM on 5 Working days.
• We will notify you via phone or text message on the day of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the courier’s website.

Important Notes

1. Delivery timelines are estimates and might vary based on your location and external factors.
2. We currently deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
